Week 3 (Already!)
Week 3 is upon us and so are the first batch assignments and SUITS Events!
This week there are two great careers events with our major sponsor Commonwealth Bank hosting an information evening this Tuesday at their CBD office and Deloitte hosting a careers workshop in SIT during Wednesday Lunchtime!
Also we have our first Drinks night of the semester at Hermans followed by our very own events manager warming up main stage at Snowball!

What’s Snowball? The USU 2nd biggest event of the year! This year sees an electic mix of artists from Australia and overseas with SUITS Events Manager, Jamie Tek, warming up mainstage!
So come to SUITS Drinks night from 6pm at Hermans before we head off to Snowball!

This week for SUITS night, will be a LAN Night.
So come down to Carslaw Computer Lab 202C this Wednesday, 15 Oct 08, from 5pm-8pm and join in the fun!
Just as with most other SUITS events, there’ll be plenty of FREE food, fun and ownage. So drop on in!

Hi Everyone!
So this week on wednesday we held our first Social Night ever and our first BBQ for this semester. Both went really well and everyone seemed to have lots of fun. The Social Night was very successful and I was happy with the turn out. I think we all had a good time playing Super Smash Brothers Brawl, Halo 3, Guitar Hero 3, Goldeneye and many more.

Hello all,
I’m Ben the SUITS Event Coordinator and this semester I’m going to be running this Event Blog. Basically the purpose of this blog is to discuss whats been happening, what is going to happen and hopefully get some feedback from those of you reading this. I think that this blog can become a great accompaniment to the Newsletter (just a little more wordy and a little more personal) and a decent read for all SUITS members.
