An opportunity has arisen for a Graduate to start immediately within our Information Technology Services business unit. This role sits within Enterprise Application Services (EAS) – a team dedicated to assisting internal clients with in-house applications In this role you will be exposed to:
- Work in team environment as a member of the 3rd tier technical support team
- Work closely with business teams on BAU and development tasks
- Resolve customer support technical issues to a quick satisfactory conclusion
- Assist in critical support calls
- Determine software issues requiring vendor resolution
- Work with vendors to achieve resolution of software issues
- Develop software solutions from technical/functional specs
- Continual improvement in production support processes, documentation and best practices
As the team is seeking an immediate start this opportunity is only available to students who have completed their degree or will have completed by July 2016.

At Code Camp, we use Stencyl, which is similar to Scratch. No prior Stencyl knowledge is required - just a passion for IT and working with kids.
